Your Role as a Social Media Manager
As the Social Media Manager, you will lead our digital storytelling and contribute to the exciting world of online marketing. This position offers ample opportunity for growth, creativity, leadership, and innovation. You will implement our social media strategy across multiple platforms while utilizing analytics to drive our approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that engages and expands our customer base.
- Create and curate engaging, relevant, and shareable content for multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize reach and engagement.
- Conduct competitive research and keep abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to strengthen omnichannel marketing initiatives.
- Manage social media campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring deadlines are met and material is of high quality.
- Build and maintain a brand voice and personality that resonates with our audience.
- Engage with our online community and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Organize and execute social media contests and campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Train and mentor junior social media staff as necessary.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques and digital marketing concepts.
